Hat Customization Template

We will need the following information to arrange the customization of your hats:

1. Cap Shape: Like Richardson 112. Mainly described as Mid Crown, High Crown, Low Crown..etc
2. Cap Fabric: We can use all fabric you can see in the market. If there is any fabric is very special which cannot be found in the market, we will need your samples to copy.
3. Cap Color: Contact us then we will send you the fabric swatches for your selection. You can just advise the PMS code for the desired colors you need.
4. Cap Size: Adult, Youth or Kids, The head size can be 40cm to 65cm long.
5. Logo Applications: Your logo can be done with flat embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Leather Patches, PVC Patches, Embroidered patches, Fabric Applique....more than 50 different kinds of applications
6. Quantity: The quantity will affect the final price. Buy more save more is always correct in our industry.
7. Required Delivery Date: We have the industry standard production turnaround. If you want us to rush out your hat order, the factory may charge rush fee.
8. Shipment method: UPS/DHL/FedEx or Air Express, Or by boat/ocean. The transit time will be much different also the cost is different as well.
